Norton Park Hotel Spa & Manor House

Gorgeous area. Fabulous service. I arrived at the same time as another, very loud and insistent guest, and the desk manager handled the situation with grace and ease. The property is enormous and the walking trails are just lovely. The bed linens were excellent and the room has everything we needed. I only marked it a 3 because the bathroom needs a bit of repair and attention to detail. In all, I would go again.

We stay regularly at this hotel and we mostly love it. There are occasions when the service could be better as they seem to struggle to cope during the busy times when the hotel is full. The staff are cheerful and helpful and they do their best. The Reception staff are excellent and really go the extra mile to help. I left an item of clothing and Charlotte went above and beyond to make sure it was returned to me. Special thanks to her!

Bad start but great ending (spoiler) Booked our 10 year’s wedding anniversary in this charming and full of promises estate. Only to realize that a major refurbishment was going on, on the floor below (floors, carpets and beds) and on arrival at 4pm asked to change room or be relocated. Cleanliness of the room was dubious. Nothing was done until next morning until asked to talk to the desk duty manager. Quick positive reply, excuses accepted as well as an upgrade for the 4 remaining days.so we can now fully enjoy the facilities, bar and spa. Thank you and well done to the staff
