Norwalk Inn & Conference Center

I had my daughter's engagement party at the Norwalk Inn. The atrium where the party was held was stunning. Debbie made the process from start to finish so easy and it went off without any issues. During the party Agustin made sure the night went smoothly and like Debbie went above and beyond to unsure we had the best time. Incredible food and incredible drinks too. The bartenders were great and so was Cheryl. If you are looking for a place to have ANY party then you could not go wrong having you party at The Norwalk Inn.

Pros: clean, good location, room size was nice. Cons: Poorly designed bathroom, specifically the shower- it's hard to wash in because of the position of the shower head and door. You have to pay to use the pool. The elevator isn't always reliable after hours but I'm a stair person anyways (pro: tons of staircases to choose from)

The first room we received was on the bottom floor, it smelled like a basement, had ants, and the coffee machine was filthy. I don't understand how this place has so many good reviews. Staff was nice they upgraded us once we complained but even then, pillows were uncomfortable, the walls were dirty, and just overall not a place where I'd expect exceptional reviews or the price we paid.
