I was at the hotel with my girlfriend and we were made to feel very welcome. the place is super well located the rooms were clean, for a short romantic trip it was perfect! Thx again for the stay was awesome !
Large modern room, with a comfy bed. Main problem is that the air conditioning was disabled and there was no fan so it was difficult to sleep - having the windows open overnight helped, but it got very noisy (and bright) from 5:30am onwards. Other problem was that the bathroom floor was incredibly slippery when wet, and the shower is located in a slippery bathtub - note that even if they advertise a bathtub, it doesn't have a plug. Location is great - not far from the metro, and close to the Navigli canal bars. Host (owner?) was polite but not welcoming. Would stay here again, but only during winter.
This is not a Hotel, not even a Motel. No service desk is available. There is no sign for the hotel. We couldn’t find the hotel even though we were at the same street using the Google maps. We had to ask at restaurants in the area. Air conditioning is not working during our entire stay, even though we advised the owner Marco and his assistant on both of our stays. No change for bathroom towels if you stayed less than 3 days. We were given 3 keys to enter the premises, one key for the room and 2 for entrances. Keys are big with a huge key chain, making it hard to carry around. There is yellow stuff in the corner of the bathtub, not sure if it’s mold or rust (see pictures). When you shower water falls on the floor making it soo slippery, so with the no change towel policy there wasn’t much we could use to dry it out. Water bottles are only provided on the first day. Last but not least, the downstairs is pretty noisy and the walls are quite thin you can hear doors closing and people walking and talking outside the door. Overall, the stay wasn’t very pleasant and I would not recommend staying here.
