Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are lovely and spacious. Great location as it's easy to get to the main strip, but also further up so you get some peace and quiet and some amazing views. The swimming pool is heavenly!
The hotel was nice, but we got disturbed by our party people neighbors that would come at the hotel at 4/5 in the morning and could hear anything through the thin walls and door. Otherwise, same thing every morning for breakfast, but it was close to some great restaurants for dinner. Also great sunset view and close to the highway The staff was friendly
According to our experience and by reading the reviews it seems quite obvious they overbook seaview rooms and then "upgrade" to more basic, plain, triple rooms with a view to the street (garbage etc) that are more of a downgrade. Room was nothing like the photos we booked. They advertise themselves as a quiet and serene in Malia - but have partying guests and no one guarding, reception not open, so nothing done with it -> no sleep. AC is old and noisy. No coffee or tea, water not replaced, cups "washed" poorly. Nothing wrong with breakfast but nothing spectacular either. Pool is nice. Overall disappointed.
