I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Nour Arjaan for nearly four months, and I must say it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very well-maintained throughout my stay. It truly felt like a home away from home, with all the amenities I needed for a long-term visit. The housekeeping team was incredibly consistent and attentive — they made sure everything was spotless every day and always greeted me with a smile. The reception staff also deserve special mention. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming, efficient, and always ready to assist with any request. Whether it was providing information or handling check-in and check-out smoothly, their professionalism and helpful attitude made a big difference in my stay. One of the highlights of my stay was the restaurant service. The food was delicious and varied, with options that catered well to different tastes. I’d like to especially commend the restaurant staff, who made every meal a pleasure. Mr. Dhiraj, Mr. John, Mr. Shabareesh, and Mr. Sajith went above and beyond to make sure guests were comfortable, well-served, and felt genuinely welcome. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor added a personal touch to the entire dining experience. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Nour Arjaan for both short and extended stays. The level of service, cleanliness, and hospitality exceeded my expectations.
