Nour Palace

We stayed at Nour Palace Hotel in Mahdia from August 4–11, 2025, as a family of six, including my husband and me who are both visually impaired. From the very first moment we felt not only welcomed but truly respected. Our request for rooms next to each other was met with care, and they were perfectly located near the restaurant, pool, and beach. What touched us most was the way the entire staff – from receptionists to waiters, pool and beach staff, housekeeping, and beyond – treated us with dignity, always addressing us directly and never through our companions. Cleanliness was impeccable, the food varied and delicious, and the animation team spread joy and laughter. We even experienced parasailing and camel riding without any limitations placed on us due to our disability – something we will never forget. Nour Palace is not just a hotel, but a place of true humanity and hospitality. We can’t wait to return. ❤️

Generally it’s a nice place for a family vacation. The only concern is not enough staff at the canteen. Long queues for literally everything you may need for any meal during the day. Staff members are nice and friendly but there is too few of them.

The hotel does not live up to its 5 stars. Maybe only 3,5-4 stars. No more.The rooms are poorly cleaned. All the furniture is old and worn. The electronic key broke 4 times in 14 days and we waited more than an hour to enter the room each time. The electricity was cut off 5 times for more than 2 hours. The staff is poorly trained and rude. Many sun loungers near the pool are broken. We do not recommend.
