I n c r e d i b l e We weren't expecting this level of luxury and service. It is a new hotel perfectly maintained. Rooms are very clean and well occupied with everything you need. The mattress was cozy and the linen were so comfortable. Breakfast amazing, rooftop is wow, staff is kind and polite. Spa is amazing and the free access to the vita classica thermal pools was a great benefit If you are coming to the black forest don't think twice. I will be back for sure.

Beautiful and spacious rooms. That’s the best in the hotel. The rest of the hotel experience is average at best. This is not a spa hotel. It’s a hotel next to a public pool area. Yes you have free access to the public pool area but it’s completely packed and of course your hotel experience is gone. Service in the restaurant is confused and the food, although very fairly priced, is basic and tasteless.
