Nouvo City Hotel

This is a great four star hotel. It is an older hotel but well maintained. The staff are great. I booked a room for a week and ended up staying three weeks. Recommend the buffet breakfast. It has two pools both very relaxing. The gym equipment is older but in good working order. The location is incredible- walking distance to a lot of the places you’re going to want to go to and water & land taxis near by for the rest. Lots of great restaurants near by. In my 40 years of travel this was the perfect accommodations- nicely understated

Although a minor incident occurred—I unfortunately bumped my shin on a loose stair step—it was the hotel's response that truly set them apart. Special praise goes to Game, a staff member whose immediate and sincere assistance was simply incredible. His genuine care and dedication were clearly evident, and he handled the situation with remarkable skill. The hotel management also acted quickly and decisively. The following morning, the pool was thoroughly inspected, and the loose stair step was immediately replaced, demonstrating their dedication to guest safety. Moreover, the management team was incredibly helpful and engaged. As a gesture of their concern, I received a complimentary room upgrade and was able to enjoy an extended stay. This experience truly demonstrated that while small problems can happen anywhere, it's the way a team resolves them that defines their excellence. The way the Nouvo City Hotel team handled this situation was exceptionally positive! Thank you again, Nouvo City Hotel, for turning a minor mishap into a testament to your exceptional service! Nuovo City Hotel was the perfect place to kick off our Thailand journey. Located just a short walk from the lively Khao San Road, it offered comfort and convenience. The hotel has excellent amenities — a restaurant on the ground floor and a gym, swimming pool, and spa on the rooftop. We especially loved the pool; taking a dip there was the perfect way to unwind after exploring the city. There’s also a 7-Eleven close by for quick snacks and essentials. Although we arrived early and couldn’t get an early check-in, the staff was polite and the lobby was a comfortable place to wait until our room was ready at 2 PM. The room was spacious, spotless, and had a lovely view. Everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. Overall, our stay here was terrific. The hotel exceeded our expectations and made our first stop in Thailand memorable. I’d highly recommend Nuovo City Hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok.
