Great people who take pride in every job done at Nova City Hotel Signature Collection, from breakfast (traditional Serbian breakfast) made fresh daily, to cleanliness, helpfulness, and kindness the staff of young professionals made this traveler feel right at home despite being 10,000km away. I would highly recommend this hotel for they are most trustworthy, clean, and respectful. There is no better place for staying while visiting Family or doing business while in Beograd There is parking even for tour bus with round the clock safety, and security, a market steps away, florist, fresh fruit vendor, restaurants, sightseeing, and a welcoming staff who go the extra distance to treat all guests with respect. We will absolutely stay again. If you find yourself here consider it home. Class people who care about their guests! Safe, Secure, centrally located among the beauty of Belgrade.

Rooms are large enough, modern and good for families but breakfast is very poor.hotel a bit far away from city center but public transportation is very easy and convenient. Restaurant responsible lady has really bad attitude and not tolerable for kids. She thinks herself like she is managing director of the hotel. My kids couldn't eat most of the breakfast so I have bought a chocolate cream for them from the market. She didn't allow my kids to eat it. She says it is rule. She can say anything she didn't like it as a rule. I never face such a bad attitude in any hotel. She was not constructive and not customer focused. Receptionist cannot do any when I complained about that. No single authority to solve your problems. I think they don't want to have guests who wants breakfast in the hotel. Good place to stay and enjoy but do not buy breakfast, no need to face such bad attitude.

Hair & unwashed yellow mark on the bedding set. Post as 4 star which is definitely 2 star motel level.
