Nova Gold Hotel Pattaya

Rooms were clean and spacious Staff was excellent and very helpful even in the early morning. Location is close to all major amenities. I would stay here again without any hesitation.

This was my first visit to Thailand, and this was the first hotel I checked into. The process was swift, the room was great, and it had a wonderful view. I liked everything about the hotel, including the rooms and the location. The pricing is a bit higher, but the overall experience was great. I had a wonderful stay here. I will be coming back to the city in November and plan to book the same hotel.

Short 2 night stay so thought we would give it a go. Didn't start well with the reception. Two young ladies with quite a bit of attitude and some unjustified superiority. Room was on the 6th floor. Immediately hit with a musty odour when exiting the lift. Room was somewhat worse, it definitely seemed damp. Air-conditioning was noisy and didn't well well given the room odour. Didn't notice until leaving that there was black spots on the ceiling near the air conditioning vents. Location not particularly close to anything and Bolt drivers seem to have trouble finding it. All in all, very disappointing for the price.
