Nova Hotel Yerevan

My recent stay at the hotel was overwhelmingly positive. The employees were exceptional, consistently smiling and speaking clear English, which made interactions very pleasant. My room was impeccably clean, and I was pleased to find that everything was in perfect working order. The only area I believe could use improvement is the room lighting. As night falls, the light distribution isn't optimal, making the room feel a bit dark. Additionally, there was a power outage for a few hours during my stay. I noticed another review mentioned this, suggesting that a backup generator might be a valuable addition for the hotel to consider. Overall, I'd rate my experience a 9.5/10. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

A good 4 star hotel. Every day dry fruits in the room. Good and varied breakfast, tasty scrambled eggs. Convenient location. Very polite and helpful staff.

Great Hotel with Excellent Service Hi, I booked this hotel for my parents because they had an embassy appointment—both this year and last year. The location is very convenient and close to everything they needed. The staff are very friendly, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I especially want to thank Heveana (I hope I spelled her name correctly!) for her kindness and support. She helped us by printing some important documents for my parents and was incredibly helpful throughout their stay. Highly recommended!
