‏A great new addition to the Rotana family. The location is perfect on Olaya Street. The hotel is modern, stylish, and very clean. The lobby is great for work or meetings, and the room had a proper desk setup. The staff were polite and helpful in every shift. Big thanks to them, and I wish them the best ‏One downside I wish I didn’t experience — the AC kept turning off randomly. Sometimes it cooled, sometimes it didn’t. I woke up in the middle of the night struggling to breathe after switching rooms, and I have asthma and chronic allergies ‏Also, the power cut off several times in the first room, and twice in the second. These are small issues but they really impact the stay. ‏Wishing you all the best. You’ve got something great, just needs a bit of fixing
