First time back here for 20 years the place itself looks a bit tired but rooms are a good size with comfortable furniture and are cleaned daily. Very good budget accommodation very handy to most things you need on holiday. Will certainly book Nova Park again on my next visit
The hotel staffs are very rude.. Room service is very poor They wanted customers to pay extra money.. don't go for this hotel,they charged me 200 bht for half hour delay check out..when i refused to pay..the staff he was abt to fight with me..when i ask him to show me the rule book..he didn't show me any thing..so i suggest to keep away specially from this hotel
Horrible place a huge cockroach in the room. Booked twin room and gave me only one bed, lying to me that I didn’t put in my request however I’ve put in my request via Agoda for twin beds. Also wanted to charge me for a blanket since they couldn’t change room for me but this is not fair
