Nova Plaza Orion Hotel

I had a good experience staying at Nova Plaza Orion Hotel. Its location in Taksim is excellent and made getting around the city very easy. The view from the room overlooked the street, which was a nice improvement compared to the previous hotel I stayed at. The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The only downside was the food! it wasn’t great and could definitely use some improvement. But honestly, everything else was good enough that it didn’t affect the overall experience. I would consider staying here again.

The hotel was nice overall. The staff was polite. The hotel was clean. The hotel’s location was really good, with great accessibility to the metro and bus, and it was very close to Istiklal Avenue. The bathroom didn’t have any slippers, and they only provided one bottle of water—you had to buy more from the supermarket yourself. The pool was okay, but the pool’s stairs were broken, which was very dangerous. Additionally, all the pool staff sat in front of us outside the pool, which made us feel really uncomfortable. The breakfast was very repetitive, and after 3 or 4 days, it became unappealing. The hotel didn’t have any view. But overall, I was okay with it and enjoyed my stay.

The hotel in the nice location, only price 65$ per night safe the situation. Location is safe to stay, However the customer service at night is so poor, if you have any problem be ready to hear: I don’t know come tomorrow …
