I recently stayed at Novata and found it to be a comfortable experience overall. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food at the restaurant was tasty. However, I wasn't particularly impressed with the breakfast, so I would rate it 3/5. The amenities were decent, though somewhat limited—there's a small gym but no swimming pool. If you're visiting for business, this hotel is a solid choice. However, if you're looking to spend a lot of leisure time at the hotel, you might want to explore other options. Over all i would give a 4/5 considering the value for money.
Very good dinner. All preparations were up to the mark. Main Course was very Tasty especially the breads were freshly baked and Crisp
The only bad experience we had with this hotel is that they had major major food quality issues (ie: insects in Thai soup which they said was some veggies). Upon complaining them they dint even have the manners to apologize rather the person was not even concerned. Would recommend to have a check before having the restaurant food.
