Novena Palms Motel

As a frequent global business traveler, it was in my opinion, a breath of fresh air. Management and staff are genuinely friendly and warm.. The room was very cozy and spacious. The bed was heavenly, it was the best sleep and rest that I had during my entire stay in Australia. The private balcony afforded a quiet place to enjoy a cigarette and coffee, just make sure that you close the glass door before you light up. They do provide an airport shuttle. The pool was clean, the room was awesome, and the people were extraordinary!!! This is a great place to stay. Returning to America with a new love for the scent of lemon grass.. Room 17

This place was a lifesaver for myself and two very young children when we were left stranded by an airline late evening. Christine looked after us so so well, from the moment we arrived she made sure I didn’t have to carry all the baby items to the room and left them at the reception for the next morning when she dropped us off at the airport even though it was earlier than she was supposed to start work. Can’t thank you enough Christine for making the nightmare caused by the airline a lot less stressful! 🙏🏻 Room was spacious, big bed, clean.

Avoid This Place at All Costs Novena Palms Motel is one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. • Bed squeaked and rattled all night – basically impossible to sleep. • PowerPoint was dangerously faulty, tripped the breaker, and fried one of my appliances. When I raised it, the response was: “first we’ve heard of it.” No apology, no fix, no care. Asked for some form of refund through the booking agent and got a big fat NO. Bottom line: unsafe, overpriced, and dismissive service. The bitterness of poor quality lasts long after the price is paid. Spend your money elsewhere.
