Large, clean, comfortable room. Excellent breakfast, good food in the restaurant. Good value for the money. Would I stay there again? Absolutely!

The hotel is nice and the service is good ! Nothing to say about it. BUT ! Adressed towards the cleaning people and their management… First, it is not correct to knock at 7:30am to clean but let say it’s a mistake… Then. And the bad point is, that they could be more quiet. They were speaking really loud that I could hear then from the next room. Please a bit of respect for customers at least when it’s 7. Otherwise the features and quality of service are good !

We stayed at this hotel with our three small children and were concerned to find a visible buildup of dust — and possibly mold — in the bathroom ventilation system (photo attached). I reported the issue before breakfast. I was told someone would be sent to the room, but over an hour later, nothing had been done. There was no follow-up, no action, and no apology. At checkout, I politely asked about a partial refund. The staff member responded by rolling her eyes and giving me a dismissive look before offering 10% off. While I accepted this gesture, the interaction left me with the impression that guest concerns — even hygiene-related ones — are not taken seriously here. Cleanliness and responsiveness matter — especially when traveling with children. I hope management will reflect on both the issue and how it was handled.
