I recently stayed at Novo hotel and overall, my experience was quite mixed. The highlight of this hotel is undoubtedly its prime location. Situated in the heart of Riyadh it is within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and shops. The service was average. While the staff were friendly, I found the responsiveness to requests could be improved. The room size was a bit of a disappointment. It felt relatively small, making it a bit cramped for my taste, especially with luggage. However, it was clean and had the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. My overall rating is ★★★☆☆ (3/5)
Very clean room. Great location . The problem you will face is the water pressure in the shower is very low. And there is not master power switch for the light.
