Loved it! Very comfortable room. The staff were very serviceable. The food was amazing. Added a few kgs from the desserts that i dont regret. 🤣The hotel is accessible and easy to get around other parts of town from. During our workshop , they were always on time with the breaks, and the IT and technical staff were quick to respond. Spécial thanks to Maba and Laurna for their prompt responses to my endless email requests.
I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The staff were professional and welcoming, especially Nelly at the front desk – she was kind, helpful, and always smiling. Breakfast was delicious with a nice variety. Overall, a great experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Abidjan. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable!
The hotel is very nice and I enjoyed my stay. The employees are very hospitable. Especially Andrea (she works at the downstairs bar). The hotel has great amenities and is located in nice and safe neighborhood. The only thing it lacks are employees that are fluent in English as well at the front desk. Especially at night time. This tends to lead to misunderstandings when room services requests are made. Like for example, I needed a plate and fork one night, and it was very difficult communicating that with the staff. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely stay at this hotel again.
