Novotel Abu Dhabi Gate

My husband and I spent three wonderful nights at Novotel Abu Dhabi Gate, and from start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The service was truly exceptional — every team member we encountered was kind, professional, and attentive. The room was spacious, super clean, with amazing view. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing by the pool, and we had the pleasure of dining at several of the hotel’s restaurants — each meal was a treat with great flavors and excellent service. Breakfasts were equally impressive — fresh, varied, and served with care. We are deeply grateful to the entire team at Novotel Abu Dhabi Gate for making our stay so special. Thank you for the hospitality, the attention to detail, and the warm atmosphere. We left with wonderful memories ❤️

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Abu Dhabi Gate! The staff were incredibly accommodating and made me feel right at home. I’d especially like to give a big shoutout to Miss Manju and Miss Amrita from the housekeeping team. Their room cleaning was absolutely perfect, always thorough, reliable, and done with a warm smile. It’s such a comfort to return to a spotless room every day, and I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant!

I wanted to take a moment to share my thoughts regarding my stay at your hotel. Overall, it will be a great experience for family. The rooms were tidy and well-maintained, and I would like to extend a special thanks to Ranjita for her efforts in making our room clean and comfortable. However, I did want to address a couple of concerns. Firstly, the location of the hotel is quite far from the nearest shops, which made accessibility challenging for us. It would be helpful to have more information available on nearby amenities. Additionally, I found it a bit frustrating that laundry services are charged each time rather than allowing payment at checkout. This policy could lead to unnecessary inconvenience for guests. Despite these issues, I would still recommend your hotel for family stays due to the quality of the accommodations and the excellent service from staff like Ranjita.
