Novotel Ahmedabad

It's a nice and cozy hotel. The staff always opens the door for you when you arrive. The waiters in the restaurant are attentive. The rooms are clean. The staff does a good job of cleaning. I especially like the staff member from the housekeeping team, Togesh. He does an excellent job. He even makes cute dolls while cleaning the room. He is very friendly.

I recently stayed here, and it was a pleasant experience overall. The staff was welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was clean, well-maintained, and offered a comfortable bed with all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient, close to local attractions and transportation. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety and was fresh. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

The staff is very kind and friendly. However, when we arrived on the floor for our room, the hallway smelled incredibly awful. I'm not sure what the smell was, but it was really bad. The room was fine. However, the lock messed up both nights we were there. We had to walk through the terribly smelling hallway several times just to get someone to help fix the lock for us to get into our room. There were a lot of staff, but the operations of the hotel didn't seem to be very good. On the other hand, the room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. We did not use the pool, gym, or other amenities so can't comment on that. I'm giving it 3 stars because of the room access issues and the awful smell of the hallway on our floor.
