Novotel Ambassador Suwon

The hotel is in a great location and the front staff are friendly and professional! Bob at the front desk was so helpful since the moment we checked in until our last day there. There was a little incident, but they handled it right away and were so patient and understanding with my little one. Would definitely come back if we visit again!!

Second staying at this hotel. The toilet cloaked each visitings. The issue had been resolved quickly. Light bulb is not working one of them. Cleaning is good. The location is very convenient to connect malls and public transport.

I looked multiple times to see if I was reading the hotel description correctly, it is advertised as family friendly, and this has this far not been our experience. The rooms with two beds are incredibly small, even the deluxe king room is small. It's also stated to be a four star room, we are in a king deluxe room with two pillows?! Multiple small pillows for decor but it's embarrassing to only have one pillow per person and it's crappy and soft. The gym is large and we'll equipped. Rooms are clean, front desk assistance is inflexible and not able to actually provide customer centered support. Regretting choice to try Novotel for this portion of our trip.
