Amazing hotel. Also great customer service by Valeria. She spent a lot of time explaining us things to do. Breakfast was pretty decent. Around €19. However, a little noisy. bring earplugs. Wi-Fi could be faster.
The hotel is really well located if arriving by train or bus and well loacted for the town and the lake. The hotel is modern and appears to be recently renovated. Reception staff were freidly and helpful. The rooms are clean, spacious and have everything that you need for a stay. The food and service in the restaurant didn't match this. The food was cold, and when we complained it was just put in the microwave. The staff weren't interested and we stood by the till for nearly 5 mins at the end waiting to pay whilst they chatted to each other and ignored us.
A bit overall dissappointed as the hotel didn't fully live up the expectations I got when looking through their website. I booked a suite with mountain view, but it didn't really have a view of the mountains, and it wasn't really a suite, just a regular room with a sleeping couch... The hotel was reasonably clean, but generally I just didn't get an impression that lived up to my expectations.
