Novotel Auckland Airport

We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The food was excellent, especially the breakfast, which had a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The service throughout our stay was warm and professional — the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable, making our stay relaxing. The only area for improvement would be the parking. While there are some parking options available nearby at reasonable rates, having more convenient on-site parking would enhance the overall experience. Overall, a great stay and we would happily return!

The room was quite good! But then, it was so small. Service was good they refreshed our room and it looked brand new! The location, AMAZING! It is right next to the airport plus, you could easily walk over. In conclusion, it was great it is a great place to stay on your first day at New Zealand! It's a great place for tourist. Recommend staying here.

This could have been a good experience but dinning lets it down big time. Room was nice, did the job well for a good night’s sleep. Location is perfect for accessing the International terminal. Dinner, food was ok, but service was terrible, were did all the wait staff disappear to! Breakfast, I had high expectations as it looked nice, well presented. But the quality was terrible, scrambled eggs were the worse I have ever had, them were genuinely horrible. Bacon was cooked somehow that made it have the texture of goo. I am sorry but this would be the worse breakfast I have ever had. Coffee machine broken so had to pay for coffee. Wait staff are drifting around aimlessly. I have stayed at many a Novotel and this would worst dinning experience by a long long way.
