Novotel Auckland Ellerslie

Excellent service from the staff here. On arrival the staff were so friendly, welcoming and chatty. A lady gave our son a cute stuffed toy which was amazing. Buffet breakfast was fantastic. Bar staff were also a highlight as we spent a bit of time eating and drinking here and they were more than happy for our kids to be down there too. Rooms were all that we needed. highly recommend

I have stayed at Novotel several times around the world . Thankfully, my experience very happy during dinner. The buffee restaurant team was warm and welcoming, especially Sumedh and Muni. You both truly served from the heart, and I deeply appreciate your kindness. The food so yummy as well.love it. At the buffet, there was no rice available at first, but Sumedh kindly made the extra effort to provide some for me. That was very thoughtful. even though I would’ve been fine without rice, your gesture meant a lot.so nice. Sumedh, your kindness stood out. I’ve stayed at various Novotel hotels across both the North island and South Island, and the reception staff have usually been very friendly. In some hotels, they even offered complimentary chocolates for my child. I sincerely hope Novotel continues to improve and maintain its high standards in hospitality. Thanks.

The Rooms here are so big. Its nice having that extra space when traveling. I really enjoy the quality of menu items for room service. The lamb gnocchi is my favorite at the moment. Lovely warm and friendly check in and out. My one suggestion is: All the pillows on the bed are the same. Would be good to have at least one or two different ones please.
