Exceptional Stay – Outstanding Food and Impeccable Comfort! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and attention to detail. The accommodations were spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable – everything from the plush bedding to the thoughtful room amenities made me feel at home while still feeling wonderfully pampered. The food service was truly exceptional. Every meal was a delight, with a menu that balanced creativity and quality. Fresh, flavorful ingredients and beautifully presented dishes turned each dining experience into something memorable. The staff went above and beyond to cater to personal preferences, making every request feel easy and natural. It’s rare to find a place where both comfort and cuisine shine equally, but this hotel has mastered both. Whether it’s the early-morning breakfast spread, the perfectly timed room service, or the fine dining in the restaurant, everything exceeded my expectations. I left feeling refreshed, well-fed, and already planning my next visit. Highly recommended to anyone seeking a perfect blend of comfort, taste, and genuine hospitality.
I recently stayed at Novotel for 2 nights and 3 days, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming. The room was clean, modern, and offered a stunning view that made the stay even more enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options at every meal. Every dish was fresh and full of flavor. The service throughout the hotel was top-notch — staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Overall, everything from the ambiance to the hospitality was excellent. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.
My wife and I were extremely disappointed with our recent stay, particularly with how the staff handled our concerns. We had booked and paid for a "sea view" room, which was clearly stated in our booking confirmation. However, we were given a "beach view" room instead. When we brought this up, the staff insisted the room was a sea view. Having stayed there before and booked a sea view room, I knew this wasn't true. It was frustrating to have the staff lie about our booking, even after we showed them proof. After this, they then claimed all sea view rooms were fully booked, but we insisted on either getting the room we paid for or a refund, since we had booked a week in advance. After a long wait, we were finally moved to the correct room. The 2 p.m. late checkout is not a courtesy and more like a necessary compensation for all the time we lost. To make matters worse, our key cards were still deactivated at 12 p.m., forcing us to go back to the reception just to get our belongings. While the hotel itself is an okay place to relax, the staff's handling of this entire situation was unacceptable. The misrepresentation of our booking, the unnecessary waiting, and the room key issue all made for a very frustrating experience.
