I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Bali Benoa. The hotel has a beautiful swimming pool right in front of the beach, creating a perfect tropical vibe. You can enjoy a variety of water activities during the day, and in the evening, it’s the ideal spot to relax with a cocktail while watching the sunset. The beachfront setting adds a lot to the experience – peaceful, scenic, and relaxing. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind by the sea!
We stayed at Novotel Bali Benoa back in May and we were satisfied with our stay. The rooms were nice and the main pool was lovely and refreshing. One of the pools was under maintenance at the time so we weren’t able to experience all 3 pools. The restaurant at the hotel was disappointing so wouldn’t recommend eating on site. We did the fire show and buffet dinner one night which was a fun experience. Overall would recommend.
We stayed at Novotel Bali Benoa with a group and had a total of four rooms. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations, and I would not return. This is more of a mid-to-low range hotel. The front desk service was poor—not very helpful or responsive. We didn’t try the breakfast, so can’t comment there, but with so many great local food options nearby, we ended up dining out most of the time. The pool at the main building was underwhelming, though the kids’ pool across the road (where we stayed) was great for younger children. The beach was decent, and the location was okay, but next time, I would choose to stay closer to the Bali Collection area for more convenience and amenities. The rooms were the biggest letdown. One of our rooms had an AC unit that stopped working and flooded the floor. It took them over 10 hours to fix it, and even then, the AC was unreliable. My own room had inconsistent housekeeping—towels left on the floor were folded and reused instead of being replaced. Not something you’d expect even from a 3-star property. The only saving grace was the on-site spa, which offered good services at reasonable prices with plenty of availability. Overall, aside from the spa and kid-friendly pool, there isn’t much I’d recommend about this hotel. Too many issues and too little attention to service and quality.
