We had a great stay at Novotel Nusa Dua, especially enjoying the peaceful vibe and the family-friendly atmosphere. One of the highlights was definitely the free shuttle (“Bus-a-Dua”) that runs regularly to the hotel’s private beach area. It came every 15 minutes or so and was perfect for quickly getting to the 2.28 Beach Club without needing a taxi or a long walk in the heat. The beach itself was beautiful—clean sand, loungers available, and great beachside service. We even caught happy hour one afternoon which was a bonus! Rooms were spacious and comfortable, but some of the furniture and fittings felt a bit dated. A little refresh would really lift the overall experience. The pool was large and relaxing, though it could’ve used a bit more daily maintenance. Staff were generally friendly and helpful, especially at reception and during check-in. Breakfast was busy but had a good range of options. Overall, this is a solid choice for families or couples looking for a relaxed Nusa Dua stay with easy access to the beach. Just don’t expect ultra-modern luxury, and you’ll have a lovely time.
We really love the ambience and our experience from check in until check out is totally amazing! The restaurant, pause cafe, spa, and kids club was very good. We highly recommend the hotel. We had been experience massage promo at the spa with affordable price and amazing experience, Happy and krisna was very skillful. Hopefully we get to comeback to this beautiful hotel next time
Spacious Stay with a View, but a Bit Dated The apartment was impressively big and offered a lovely view from the balcony — perfect for relaxing mornings or sunsets. However, the room itself felt quite old and could really use some renovation. The beach isn’t directly in front of the hotel, but it’s reachable with a shuttle. Be aware though: there are limited umbrellas, so you’ll need to go early to grab a spot. Overall, a decent stay if you value space and views over modern amenities.
