We had a wonderful experience thanks to the exceptional service of Tent, Sai, and Cherry. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, kind, and genuinely hospitable. They ensured a smooth and hassle-free check-in process and went the extra mile to accommodate our request to be on the same floor as my parents—something we truly appreciated. We were also pleasantly surprised when they allowed us to check in early, which gave us extra time to settle in and relax. Their thoughtful assistance made a big difference in our stay, and we’re very grateful for their attentiveness and care.
Great location. Great stay. Great breakfast. Only minus was the elevator situation, only 2 working out of 4. Staff was available and attentive. Loads of spa massage right next to it, 24hrs starbucks opposite. Will come back
While some of the facilities are abit worn and breakfast is average, the hotel more than made up for it with its very convenient location, friendly and prompt service from all staff and reasonable rates. Overall a very good stay for family. I was travelling with elderly parents, and the convenient location ensured that shopping and eatery were an easy walk.
