Incredible Staff Made Our Stay! We were traveling as a family and booked 4 rooms. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make things easy for us. A huge thank you to Mr. Dream, Mr. Peter, and Ms. Anya for their kindness, patience, and for arranging our rooms together without any hassle. Also grateful to Ms. Palmy, the manager, for her warm and visible presence — her leadership shows in how well the team works. Everyone made us feel truly welcome and cared for. It’s rare to find staff this genuinely helpful and thoughtful. Thank you for making our family trip so smooth and memorable!

This is my third stay here and it never disappoints! The location is unbeatable directly connected to Platinum Mall, which makes shopping (and dropping bags back) so easy. This time, they surprised us with a lovely room upgrade, and it made the whole experience feel extra special. Staff were warm, check-in was smooth, and the comfort level is always spot on. Will definitely keep coming back! 🤍

This is my first time staying in this hotel. A very warm welcome and excellent service at the front desk especially from Ms Ice, who assisted us. Checking in took less than 15 min. Great hospitality. I got room upgrade to Deluxe room. Room was decently maintained and comfortable. Excellent location. My wife can shop at Platinum Mall and nearby areas while I rest at the hotel.
