I had a wonderful experience at this hotel thanks to the exceptionally kind and helpful staff. The reception team was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist me with any difficulties I faced during my stay. Their professionalism and warm attitude made me feel truly welcome. I would also like to give special praise to the trainee who was stationed at the entrance. Despite being in training, she was very polite, attentive, and provided clear guidance with a friendly smile. It was a great first impression and set the tone for a pleasant stay.
We are very happy with our stay Novotel Sukhumvit 20. The hotel is located very close to both the BTS and metro at station 21 (the public transit is extremely easy, clean, affordable, and time effective given traffic in the area). Walkable to everything in Sukhumvit. Hotel pool is amazing; it was clean, there were towels offered, the bar was available and the view of downtown was amazing. The rooftop bar has happy hour daily and very affordable wirh the same great view at the pool. Room service was delicious. We got a 60 minute massage while we stayed and it was conveniently located on the 9th floor. The front desk staff were exceedingly kind. I was able to check in several hours early without extra charge. If I had to say anything negative about the hotel, perhaps the rooms are on the smaller side and the view from our room looked at construction/other side of the hotel but this truly didn’t bother us. We would stay again. Great value.
Stayed here for 4 nights. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean with some cool decor and furniture. The bed was comfy, which is always a plus. I had a connecting door to the next room, which made it a bit noisy when someone checked in next door. Some things felt a bit worn out - the chair, footrest, sink and the A/C could definitely use an update. Also, the bathtub design isn't the best - getting in and out felt awkward. The breakfast was really good with a nice variety to choose from. I was on the 17th floor and had a great view. Room service was quick, reasonably priced and the in-dining staff were super nice. The pool and small gym are decent bonuses. Just a heads-up - the hotel isn’t guest-friendly, if that matters to you. Overall, a mostly good stay with a few things to improve.
