Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 4

Top class property. Rooms are very clean and expertly serviced. I felt welcome at all times and was always pleasantly greeted by staff. The hotel is in the heart of the action in Bangkok and yet very quiet in the room. City view room was amazing especially at night. The rooftop bar and the drinks were amazing as well.

Great Stay - I'll Be Back! Super clean with extremely friendly staff - from housekeeping to the front desk. The room was spotless and in great condition. There's a 3,000 THB deposit required (cash or credit card), which is fair. The pool is a bit small and unfortunately turns into a bar after 6 PM, so no chance to enjoy a sunset swim. On the bright side, they provide four bottles of fresh water daily, which is a huge plus. The hotel is well located near nightlife but still surprisingly quiet. The gym is decent and there's a 7/11 right across the street. The minibar is overpriced - but hey, that's standard in hotels. Breakfast is varied and tasty. Staff really take care of you, the "take care factor" is high! Only real downside: the three elevators are painfully slow All in all: 8/10 - I'll be back Edit: I have to deduct one star because the deposit still hasn't been returned after the promised two weeks. Upon request, it's possible to wait up to a month. Unacceptable in these times.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Stay with Family – Highly Recommend! I stayed here for 4 nights with my family and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is clean, modern, and in a great location. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Kung – she was fantastic and always made sure we felt welcome. Everyone at the hotel made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you so much! We will definitely come back again
