Novotel Belleville Paris 20

Had a 3 day business stay in July 2025 (Twin Standard room) I think the hotel itself is very professional and complete. The room was super clean and nothing was missing (except for a pair of slippers which I asked them to bring). 👨🏻‍✈️Cleaning staff were visiting when I was not home so I didn’t see them but they did a good job. The reception was also good and polite enough. 🍳 I just got breakfast for one day and I think it worth it (21€) 📍The location is a little far from touristic areas but the metro and bus connections are perfect (There is a metro station literally in front of the hotel)

Stayed one night before heading to Disneyland and it was perfect for our family. Great location just outside central Paris - only about 30 mins on the metro to the main sights. The room was spotless and well presented, with bunk beds that worked brilliantly for our two small children. The staff member on reception was really helpful and recommended a nearby, family-friendly place to eat that tasted great and was really good value for money. Only a flying visit, but was perfect for what we needed.

Terrible experience. The air conditioning in our room is always off, we always had to phone reception and tell them to switch the air conditioning on. Breakfast was terrible as well. But the Hotel location is very good because there are three metro stations nearby.
