I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff are very friendly, polite, and helpful. They made me feel welcome from the beginning, and always greeted with a smile. It’s a really nice place, perfect for a honeymoon, a holiday, or even a special event. I was celebrating an Indian wedding here, and it was such a beautiful and unforgettable experience. Everything was well organized, and the support from the hotel team was excellent. I also love the hotel’s design, garden, and peaceful atmosphere. The building is unique, and when it rains, the whole place feels calm, cool, and fresh. You can really relax and enjoy the moment. This hotel is a great place to unwind, spend time with loved ones, or host a special event. I truly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, beauty, and warm hospitality. Just one thing—be careful with mosquitoes! They were quite aggressive during my stay, or maybe they just really liked me

The hotel is truly impressive and grand, with spacious areas, comfortable rooms, and plenty of facilities. However, there are a few notes worth mentioning: Staying during weekends or long holidays can be quite overwhelming as the check-in and check-out process becomes very crowded. For a 5-star hotel, the guest management feels less well-organized — long waiting times, crowded queues, and even the welcome drink was not refilled. Despite the wide range of facilities, the in-room beverage selection (coffee, tea, and sugar) is very minimal. Moreover, the quality of coffee and tea feels no different from what you’d find in a budget hotel. I really appreciate the availability of water refill stations. Unfortunately, they were rarely refilled — empty from 9 PM, still empty at 8 AM, and again empty by 1 PM, making them feel pointless. Breakfast is served in a very comfortable setting, but for a 5-star property, the food variety is surprisingly underwhelming. The options are too limited, and the main course selections are fewer than what you’d normally expect, even compared to lower-tier hotels. The internet connection was extremely poor and unreliable throughout my stay, which is very disappointing for a hotel of this standard. On the positive side, the hotel has excellent sports facilities, a spacious and comfortable environment that is perfect for families, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
