I really enjoyed my stay in this room. I was initially concerned about noise since the hotel is in a busy city, but the room’s insulation was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. The attention and service I received were outstanding. I also loved the breakfast buffet—the fruits were incredibly fresh, the eggs were delicious, and the coffee had excellent flavor and quality. Overall, a fantastic experience!”
Excellent location, everything within walking distance, very comfortable beds, very clean, great view from the roof, the staff made my stay very enjoyable and were very welcoming.
The hotel is right in the centre of Parque 93 which is great, close to a lot of good restaurants. The breakfast buffet has a decent amount of options to choose from. Love the fruit bar, other options are average in terms of taste. The restaurant manager is lovely and makes the experience a lot better. We got overcharged by the front desk. We arrived at 2 am after 24h of flying so didn't realise this later in our stay. When mentioned at checkout, we were offered a refund of the overcharge amount. A bit of a concern as we would've got charged more if we didn't notice it. We asked the front desk if they offer currency exchange, and they mentioned that they don't do which is fine, however, it is very confusing when the TV screen behind them showing currency exchange rate but not offer the service. When asked where can we find a currency exchange place, we were told by the front desk there is a mall nearby and that's it. No name of mall or some basic direction which result in us trying to google and walk to various mall/plaza in Parque 93 to get money exchange. The room is nice and tidy, however, the TV is hit or miss, some channels are not available and the signal sometimes can disconnect for hours. Overall, this feels more like a Mercure than a Novotel based on my experience staying at various Accor hotels.
