Novotel Brussels City Centre

Had a very good and enjoyable stay at Novotel Brussels City Centre. The staff were very helpful and polite throughout our visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was perfect for exploring the city. However, the breakfast was the same every day during our whole stay, which was a bit disappointing.

Novotel Brussels City Centre has an amazing location, truly central to all the city's sights and tourist spots. The rooms are good and spacious, offering a comfortable stay. However, our check-in experience was a bit rocky. We had to wait about 30 minutes as our room wasn't ready, which was tough after traveling. We also had a key card issue upon opening the room, needing another trip to reception. A huge shout-out to the receptionist (I think her name was Eva) who was incredibly helpful and accommodating with these issues. Her multilingual skills were fantastic and greatly appreciated! On the positive side, they did offer us a generous 1-hour late check-out, which was very kind. One small suggestion: it would be great if the shower amenities (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel) were refillable. Overall, a good hotel with some minor operational points to refine, but excellent service from staff like Eva! (Not sure with her name)

The hotel is average, location was close to needed amenities. Overall okay. Breakfast buffet was available for purchase, overall food was below average. Having a pool is nice. My kids enjoyed it!!! One suggestion for the hotel: to work on either adding some changes or changing the floor in the pool area completely. So many people slipped just in that two days of our stay including my kid who fell and hit his head. Easy slips with just a regular walk !!!! That pool floor is just a law suit waiting to happen.
