Stayed with my family of 4. Amazing service, spotless clean and all the staff were so lovely and helpful, from reception to cleaners. The beds were more comfortable than my beds at home which I’ve never experienced on holiday before! Fantastic location for tourists. Breakfast was great, something for everyone and the coffee is gorgeous. Would definitely recommend.
Location is very good right in the middle of everything and easy access to the train station. Good breakfast. Staff members were friendly, welcoming and efficient. We thought our room was quite big for European standards. Beds and pillows were great and we slept well. Will stay here again.
We had stayed at the hotel for 4 days, the location is great right in the centre of town with great accessibility to public transport and dinning. However, within the hotel the housekeeping did not clean our room 1 day even though we put a sign to clean and additionally when they did clean it was quite bad to be very honest. Hopefully the quality of housekeeping improves.
