We arrived as part of a large group and were blown away by how well everything was handled. The hotel staff were exceptionally efficient, welcoming, and well-prepared – check-in was seamless with zero waiting time. The location is unbeatable, and the level of service was truly impressive. Every detail was thought through in advance, making our stay smooth and stress-free. Hats off to the entire team – professional, attentive, and incredibly well-organized. Would absolutely stay again and recommend without hesitation!
We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff, especially Sebastian in the hotel restaurant/bar. Comfortable, clean, reasonably priced rooms. Would certainly recommend staying here to anyone.
Hotel location is very nice! Good breakfast with quite a variety of food. At the hotel reception we always miss a smile that would one feel welcome. Room for improvement😊 The complete bar staff is very friendly, especially Noemi and Adam - very attentive and kind personnel making one feel warmly welcome in a 4 star hotel. Hotel restaurant is to try for a dinner .
