Novotel Buenos Aires

Mostly was good. Clean rooms, in an excellent location For an international hotel chain it was missing complimentary water and slippers. The real negative was it was a little noisy. Could hear quite a lot of noise form upstairs. Also every time a room close by closed the front door, my whole room shook.

A great location, in the center of Buenos Aires. Really nice hotel, super friendly staff always looking to assist. The rooms are comfortable for 2 but as a family of 4, the only option we got was to get 2 rooms which was still ok for us.

Good stay. The room was nice, although small. The location is great, close to lots of restaurants. There's no price list for the minibar anywhere in the room. There's a QR code that's supposed to show you the prices but it only has the room service menu and laundry prices. Upon check-in, I was charged a 20% tax which foreign tourists are exempted from. The reason given was that I paid part of my bill (about 1/3) with points. This was not in the terms that I accepted anywhere and I read them, otherwise I'd have not used the points. The hotel can make up charges now and force people to pay. Despicable.
