Novotel Bur Dubai

Purchased a groupon offer and didn’t regret it. The staff are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome, especially Mr. Aasim from the restaurant. The pool facilities are top-notch, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing swim. The place is very child-friendly, with a clean and relaxing atmosphere. Food from the restaurant also tastes excellent. Will definitely come back.

Had a comfortable stay at Novotel. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was convenient for getting around the city. Special props to Mr. Aasim (restaurant manager), a very hard working young man, i noticed he's busy with his staff by himself to serve and cater all needs of visitors. Ms. Phyu (receptionist) for their warm welcome, quick service and managed the one of the best room with great view. Mr. Hussain the life guard at roof top is exceptional as I didn't get a chance to spend more time by myself at pool. But he is doing great as my kids was at pool during stay. See you soon 😊

Charming hotel. Gives you a nice overall stay. It's pretty good for what you pay. It's very neat, and the finishing is done with good taste as to the colours and room settings. It's very practical and makes you feel comfortable. Breakfast could be better, but if you chose carefully you'd have a nice one! The restaurant is well designed and offers easy access to the buffet. Enter the tight parking slowly so as not to hit your car. Even though the staff is very nice, room service has been set back, and I don't know the reason behind it. You call several times, and if someone answers housekeeping or the reception, you are not sure the order will be delivered right away.
