overall it's excellent，94 out of 100. good room service，meal is good as well. Very mature operation from a new customer standpoint.Fire alarm trigger wrongly a few times at day time，hope this could be fixed though. Other than that，perfect
A great hotel, with lots of tourists arriving in or leaving on a daily basis from all over the world. The hotel has ATM machines to withdraw local currency or exchange currency ($ and £). Great service, they have shuttle service between the airport and the hotel every 30 minutes, 24hours a day. The hotel serves complementary buffet breakfast. They also offer lunch and dinner at a cost. There’s two other restaurants independent from the hotel and the food is very reasonably priced. Did not like that the pool closes just before 7pm. They have a lifeguard on the clock while the pool is operating.
The Novotel Cairo Airport is such a convenient option when traveling in or out of Cairo. The shuttle for the airport return is so helpful and easy to use. The front desk and dining area employees are helpful and polite. When we had an issue with our room, they were so accommodating. The grounds are kept beautifully and our room was really clean. The shower works great and the water temperature and pressure are great. Mr. Khaled did any amazing job of serving our big group with pizzas (so fresh and delicious!) in the outdoor dining area at night after a tour day. I also like the shopping options in the gift shops. We appreciate Novotel as a familiar stopover when coming to enjoy Egypt. We will be back!
