Novotel Cardiff Centre

My stay at the Novotel was just a remarkable experience. The breakfast was scrumptious with plenty of choice and the swimming pool facilities were way better than on the advertisement. Lastly, I would like to express my deepest appreciation to David at the lobby. He is a very entertaining and energetic young lad with a real British sense of humour to him and made us feel very welcome as soon as we came into the hotel with his bright smile and warm personality. His level of care towards us during our stay was just remarkable and it truly exceeded me and my wife’s expectations tremendously. Thank you David for a wonderful stay.

Brilliant stay, perfect location too! Well stocked bar. Didn’t use restaurant, but looked like a good menu and clean. Room was a little warm that night but reception quickly provided a fan to cool the room. Special mention to David on reception, extremely helpful and well mannered!

Check in and out easy, hotel in a great location. Room was great. Breakfast very good especially the fresh pancakes. Steam room and sauna was brilliant and the pool and gym added to a very enjoyable stay. Will definitely return to this hotel in the future
