Excellent care and unsurpassed productivity. Particularly the cleaning crew stands out for their professionalism ,they performed great with every little thing. The breakfast has a great range to fit all tastes, and the site is ideal for discovering Casablanca. To everyone who helped to make my stay remarkable, I am very thankful
What truly stood out was the friendly and professional staff. They were always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers. I’ll definitely come back on my next trip to Casablanca
We were 3 families with 3 rooms, 2 of our rooms the AC was not working so they moved us to another floor to inter-connecting rooms. Much better. We found it odd having the toilet separate from the bathroom especially as it had no sink with the toilet. Beds were good, sofa bed very lumpy in all three rooms. We have 4 people in our room but they only gave us 3 towels. I asked 3 or 4 times for 4 towels eventually the last day we were given a fourth towel. Breakfast was lovely. All staff aff at the hotel were very friendly, smiley and approachable. As there was 11 of us in total as a group we struggled to get taxis from near the hotel and even through using the indrive app. The grande taxi kept trying to con us and a grande taxi driver kept following us as we walked and was harassing us for over 1 hours because we declined his ridiculously high offer so he seemed to block us from getting any other taxis. Crossing the roads with children or even adults felt very daunting. The green man doesn't seem to mean anything to drivers.
