I had a great stay at Novotel Chandigarh! The location was perfect, and the service was top-notch. The breakfast options were impressive, with delicious food that catered to various tastes. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. A unique highlight was the Porsche showroom right at the lobby! However, the lack of a swimming pool and kids' play area was a slight drawback. The room size was also small compared to other hotels. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I'd definitely recommend Novotel Chandigarh for its excellent service and amenities.

The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, and the ambiance of the restaurant was quite relaxing. The location is perfect — close to major spots in Chandigarh, and easy to reach from the highway. Overall, a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended!

Overall, a nice experience. The rooms were clean and decently sized, offering a comfortable stay. Breakfast was okay, not exceptional, but sufficient for a quick start to the day. One letdown was the absence of a swimming pool, which was disappointing given the 5-star tag. Also, the check-out experience could've been smoother. I requested a 1 PM checkout and was firmly told that 12:30 PM was the latest possible. While I understand hotel policies, the tone at reception could’ve been more courteous and polished. On my next visit to Chandigarh, I might explore other 5-star options.
