The location was great, the room was spacious and nice. The staff was very friendly. For breakfast, the basil pesto cream cheese and croissants were the best. However, the pillows were a little high
We had a good stay at Novotel Christchurch. The location was great and so was the room. The rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. The buffet breakfast was quite repetitive, with the same limited menu offered every day during our 4-day stay. And the room service was extremely slow. We waited 1 hour for some chicken nuggets and fries for the kids.
My family and I stayed in the hotel for a long weekend. We were able to check in early and the location was great. There was no chaise lounger in our room, which was a pain. The hotel was nice and quite however, and the cleaning lady was a delight to talk too.
