Very clean, front desk was incredibly kind and accommodating. Food is decent not amazing but breakfast in the morning is good and has several options. Was a gem during an otherwise incredibly stressful time when a family member was in the hospital. Nice to have the pool.
Checked in early to the bedroom we had requested, nice room and hotel public areas are good. Only disappointment was that we could not have lunch due to some corporate event. Shame a few tables are not made available for clients who have travelled long distance. Reception Simon did book us a table nearby which was very helpful of him.
Booked last minute as our travel plans changed unexpectedly. So happy to have found this wonderful hotel. Check in was fast, room was spotlessly clean. Bar had a wide choice of beers & wines. Dinner was a fantastic meal with many choices on the menu. Breakfast was buffet with again many choices. If you are looking for a hotel in a quiet location but still close to tge city and only 5 minutes to the Airport then book the Novotel
