Novotel Constantine

Great hotel, especially the reception, thanks to Fadi he is very respectful and behaved and very professional, one of the best staff members I have ever encountered in my hotels experiences, I will definitely have another stay at your establishment.

Arrived at this hotel only to be told there were no rooms for us, despite showing a booking confirmation and a receipt for three rooms. They insisted we had only booked one room, and even claimed that room hadn’t been paid for. After showing them proof of payment, they still refused to acknowledge it. It took a call from Trip.com’s customer service, who were equally rude and unhelpful, before the hotel miraculously “found” our rooms. Throughout, their staff were aggressive, dismissive, and completely incompetent. No apology, no gesture of goodwill, absolutely nothing was offered for the stress and hassle. If you are not an experienced traveller who knows how to stand your ground, avoid this place entirely. You cannot argue with incompetence.

The worst Novotel hotel ever in Constantine, Algeria. The service was not at all good. We booked them for 2 nights , 3 rooms through Booking.com. They actually don’t really have a manager to run the show. Also card machine isn’t working and they are demanding cash in the middle of the night around 11pm on both nights. Room amenities are either missing or not working. No answer in reception or no room service too. The lady in the reception named Doriya is very rude & unprofessional towards the guests. To describe in simple words Ibis has spoiled the name of Novotel. Only 2 floors working & forcefully asking us to take the Physical disability room. The management and Staff has too much of attitude as they made us wait for 5 hours for change of room. At the end we got rooms which were not maintained at all. I have attached all the pictures during our 2 day stay with my family in Novotel Constantine. Please re-think before booking them. We definitely didn’t have a Stress-free stay!
