Novotel Criciuma

This is a great hotel. I live in hotels for a living and can't stress enough how well I was treated. The fitness area is great, and they are looking to improve it further. There wasa a sauna and jacuzzi as well. The biggest positive is the kitchen staff. They went out of their way to make sure I had the meal I requested, they customised it to my taste. This without additional costs. Greetings to the chef.

The whole experience was very pleasant. From parking service, to front desk and restaurant. Wi-fi was really fast, which helped me a lot while working, it is very well located, in a walking distance of a mall. Very clean, great breakfast, very good restaurant... It was really nice staying at Novotel Criciúma.

I stayed at this hotel for 21 nights. The rooms comes with no complimentary water bottle, no coffee machine nothing. Rooms comes bare. If you want a coffee machine they charge an upgrade even though I was going to stay three weeks there. I booked with Expedia. My flight got cancelled and I arrived there a day later. I sent message on Expedia and my sister in law that lives in Criciuma called the hotel and told them my flight got cancelled. When I checked in I spoke with manager Marcio that promised me he would give me credit for one night since I had prepaid for my stay. He never credited my account. Internet service sucks. Everyday you must login like you just checked in. Jacuzzi very dirty. Not at all satisfied.
