Novotel Curitiba Batel

I stayed for two weeks. This is a great value hotel. I cannot stress enough how good this place is for the price. The room had a note that said housekeeping takes place every other day unless you request it, but in my experience they came every single day which is a great plus. The only minor negatives are: 1. I wish there were "do not disturb" tags to avoid housekeeping from getting in when I am in the room as It was hard for me to explain this to them as I do not speak Portuguese. 2. For those on business trips like me, I would appreciate it if rooms had an office chair instead of a normal chair.

I'm a frequent guest on this hotel and the concierge team always surprises me, with their cordiality and sympathy, not to mention the team at the restaurant, always very polite and sincerely dedicated to give their best service to the customers. Congratulations!

Centrally located, beautiful modern hotel, and a great staff sums it up. However, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention again the great customer service everyone gave. Notable mention is deserved for Danielle at the front desk. There is also an amazing Peruvian restaurant downstairs part of the hotel. Highly recommended.
