Novotel Dakar

I have experienced numerous services, and the staff are friendly and ready to work. During working hours, all are dedicated to their different responsibilities which I appreciate so much. Therefore I recommend this place to be the best in terms of service delivery and hospitality.

At the start of our stay, the front desk service was a bit off, but after a brief exchange, they quickly improved. The highlight of our experience was definitely the restaurant staff, who were incredibly welcoming and made our stay truly wonderful. Special kudos to Mr. Touré, the hotel manager, who ensured everything ran smoothly. We'd also like to give a special shout-out to Mr. Mamadou, one of the evening chefs, who customized a dish for us that we absolutely loved. Mrs Sophie, Toure, Casimir, Ousmane(restaurant) Sabaly, oumi at the front desk.(Oumi great front desk attendant) Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I'd love to see the same level of hospitality at the front desk in the future, as it would certainly boost guest loyalty.

I’m a regular guest at Novotel Dakar and always enjoy my stay. The rooms are comfortable, the vibe is relaxed, and the breakfast is consistently good. I especially like hanging out at the bar downstairs — great atmosphere and service. Definitely my go-to place whenever I’m in Dakar.
